Nobody home at debtors home, we will contact a neighbor or two, to verify that debtor still resides at supplied address and to obtain contact information and times when debtor is most likely home.
Our agents are completely knowledgeable in the fair debt collections act and only run calls Monday to Sunday from 8:00 am to 9:00 pm. We try to catch a debtor at the best times; naturally, you can’t expect that a debtor will be home during the weekdays, so we try to run calls in the evening from 6:00 pm till 9:00 pm. On the other hand, on Saturdays and Sundays from 8am till 9pm the debtor is fair game.
Most of the field chases can be completed within (4) days, if there is a rush on a chase we can do that too.
It is a known fact that at least 85% of all field chases result in contact by the debtor / borrower to resolve the past due amounts.
